I will go have a look at the odd items. If I can be choosy, I'm looking for something that would help with mobility, especially vertical. There is a lot of climbing everywhere in this dungeon and some form of spider climb/teleportation/flying would be really sweet.
Cha check if needed:

If it matters, Hurricane is looking for something to ensure communication between himself and other parties as well as darkvision of some kind since the torches seem like a limited resources. Any protests to sharing the gold with the goblins?
If a check is needed: [roll="1d20"]

Nope.
BTW, rolling dice from the mobile interface doesn't work, only from the desktop view.

I will head back to split the treasure. I don’t want this magic crossbow (named twiggy) so one of you can have that if you would like it. I am keeping an eye out for the stuff I have heard is in the loot pile such as the magical potions, the Catherine wand, the schematics, the map, I am not looking for some form of particular loot though mostly money. We can fill the chests we brought for carrying stuff back to cell block 0. How many goblins are there? Split 6 ways for coinage then? Don’t use any of the wands or potions please for the moment until we have someone identify them. Additionally cursed items exist so beware of that. Everyone ok with heading back to cell block zero?

frankiestein You don't have a ranged weapon, do you? Do you want the crossbow?
> How many goblins are there? Split 6 ways for coinage then?
I'm more greedy and was thinking 4 ways, one part for the goblins.
> Don’t use any of the wands or potions please for the moment until we have someone identify them. Additionally cursed items exist so beware of that.
I have a good credit with Professor Spell-o-matic, I can use it to identify our new toys.
> Everyone ok with heading back to cell block zero?
Yup.

What do the goblins want? Do they even want money? we should probably ask them. So this is all gold which is 1 gold to ten silvers to ten coppers. The prices in the vending machines are in coppers so even with the beholder taking a gob of it we are kinda rich.

There are two wands in the pile (one has a strip of blue round the middle, the other is a crooked black spike), a purple glowing orb, four potions, several interesting looking documents (let us say, three), a large book of some kind, and two scrolls.
Jax: You find a single black boot, done up with rainbow laces, that positively reeks of magic.
Hurricane: With a +3 from your CHA that comes to 14. While digging through the loot, you come across a rough pouch containing two hefty somethings. Checking it out, it contains... two rocks? Huh? That's weird...

Any further things anyone would like to resolve here, or shall we haul all of this to CB0 and the Professor?

Let’s haul it all back to cell block zero. Exiting the cave the way we came we go west to the dwarves vault south up the stairs to the junction, south again will take us to one hit wonders the potion vending machine while west from the junction will take us to cell block zero. let’s check out one hit first!
“Hello one hit, Want to try some weird potions?”
they identify potions for free if you give them a taste.

((sorry, been a rough last few days!))
Whatever the goblins would like, Hurricane will ask them if they want the gold or something else. I will definitely take the crossbow though admittedly it doesn't strike me as "bold" but I will find creative uses for it, I most need a melee weapon, maybe another pipe haha! I would certainly like things identified before I get to using these rocks, though I'm pretty sure Hurricane would just get to bashing with them. The Professor seems impressed by me so that's another credit for help. I'm good retreating. Hurricane deserves some respite! Though the potions being identified along the way would be handy.

Hauling it all back and forth from the Beholder lair will take... let's see, three encounter checks? Just because of how awkward it is getting it off the ledge and across the ravine. Plus, there is all the noise you made fighting the Beholder, who knows what kind of attention you've attracted.
Those rocks are quite small, and feel... odd. Like, as you move them around in the bag, they don't move how you'd expect. There are quite a few swords in the pile Hurricane, would you grab one of those?
I'm thinking that free potion identifying is a pretty good deal. When One-Hit needs "a taste", it probably takes about a third of the potion. Does that seem reasonable?
Encounter checks: 4OLPf09r1d6
Uh oh. while you are hauling up the first lot of chests up the endless steps, you hear a tap... tap... tap... coming from above in the darkness. What do you do?1d6

Wow that’s a lot of stuff we are doing about an encounter check per room on the way back. Thankfully we have a horde of followers and some other powers to help with the hauling.

(We can check with the Profesor first to see how pricy it would be to identify the potions.)
I'll ready a javelin. I'm still at 0 hp, so I'd rather not be drawn into another big fight right now.

Professor hasn’t identified potions in the past because that was one hit wonders domain but with this new hike in “prices” maybe the professor will be the best option.

That is a very good point! I thought it would originally be three trips back and forth (hence three encounter checks), but perhaps it would be more like two?
((Also, I've had very tiny second thoughts about the sudden splurge of wealth. This is more than x10 the total treasure anyone else has ever found in the dungeon, and is a third of the total. Does 500g and an unknown amount of wealth in gems still seem fair? I don't mean to put you at a disadvantage, but 1000g is just... a lot. 500g is also a lot, but less insane if I'm trying to create future loot hauls))
Speaking of, the goblins seem a lot more interested in the shiny gemstones than the coinage.
"Well now, what do we have here?" calls a dry and drawling voice from up top. You can see two little specks of flame, eyes most likely, looking down at you from a flight of stairs up. "Have some plucky adventurers slain a mighty beast?"

Yeah 1000 is a lot but then again isn’t the beholder like the second most dangerous thing in the dungeon and one that accumulated and hoarded wealth? Idk either 1000 or 500 seems fair. I thought the beholder stormed off with half their loot so idk. Anyways do I recognize the voice? “Greetings.”

I will look to Squire to give us an adequate introduction and strike a stance befitting out introduction. Hurricane is feeling much better now that he has swords in hand.
(Also, unless I am mistaken we heal after the conflict right? So we should be full)

As a note, I would grab two swords and tucking my pipe into my waistband as I have grown found of it. Hurricane would gravitate to the most practical swords but has a special weakness for strange iconography.

(We normally heal when we take a short rest, but I cannot heal until I receive a medical aid due to that Scar. Or did the amulet fix that too, Spwack?)

Jax: The amulet also fixed the healing sized of your injury, at least while you have it on. Healing happens when you spend an encounter check doing so (of course, if you are in a safe place like Cell Block Zero, no encounter checks, so...)
Hurricane: So many swords! One of them is weirdly plain, made out of a single piece of metal but carved into the shape and texture of an ordinary sword. The handle has the feel of leather-wrapped wood, but it's all iron. The other has a golden-ish sheen that you think is probably polished bronze, with a spiralling line etched from the tip to the hilt.
Herald takes a sniff, and looks very uncertain. They say nothing.
Blerbles: "Greetings, child of the worm. I don't believe we have met, but I knew your father. Who are your companions?"
((The Beholder snatched about 2/3rds of the loot, leaving behind 500g in coins and an unknown amount in gems and valuable items. It has now been decided.))

(oops, mixed up herald and squire)
Hurricane will be quite pleased with the found swords and before heading out, he will spill some of his blood upon them by cutting his back awkwardly where the scars of the whip have built up.
Hurricane will stand in the back, eyes bright and striking a capable pose, following the lead of those familiar with the situation.

“Just exploring, hmm? Not doing any delving and slaying mythical beasts and performing great feats of bravery and murder?”

"I am very much pleased to meet a fellow explorer! It is always nice to make contact with good people who have not been twisted by these wretched halls, especially given how many unfeeling, murderous monsters prowl around here, right? I would offer you a swig of something strong, but for the moment I lack anything toast-worthy. Maybe you could accompany us to One Hit Wonders and we could see about purchasing a bottle of spirits for this occasion?
If you don't mind me asking, in your ventures, haven't you happen to run into a person calling themselves the Traveller? We have encountered them recently and I would very much like to meet them again, should you know them, or know of them?"
(Jaxudyzad might be a little light headed from the recent injuries...)
