Crash! The part of the tube container breaks off and falls away into the darkness below, banging on what sounds like a whole bunch of rocks. It's an absolute cacophony, so I'll roll an encounter check quickly:

((Iiiiiinteresting))
In the silence following the tube-part landing, you smell something... odd.
What do you do?

Does it smell like m a j e c k ? Or maybe dead bodies? Can Panyrus smell it as well? If so, would I sense in advance whether or not it is an undead presence due to my Seventh Sense? Or do I need to have specific visual confirmation on the target for this power to kick in?
"Seventh Sense: if an undead enemy has an additional power or deadly attack, you'll know it’s there, but no details".

((I’ve updated Seventh Sense recently, I should really push a new change. Seventh Sense is now: “If you focus on an enemy, learn if they have an additional power or deadly attack. No details, just a yes/no”. So it no longer needs to be undead, but explicitly needs to be visible))
That said, it doesn’t smell like rotting bodies. It smells like cut grass, but wrong and backwards and not at all like grass, just the cut. It smells like a drop of your own blood running down your throat. It smells like the moment before a thunderstorm breaks.

If Panyrus can stick his head to see what's outside this pneumo driveway thing we're in, he'll do so. Time to light a torch.
What does he see?

You can easily fit your swarthy head and neck through the panel, as well as a torch, but if you want to go all the way out of it you'll probably need to remove another panel.
Down below, at the very limit of your torchlight, you can see shifting tendrils of fog slowly rolling over where the panel landed. Your Seventh Sense is definitely tingling, and those wisps of fog look unsettlingly armlike...
What do you do?

Panyrus pulls himself back inside. To Martha: "Lethal hostile down below. Annoyingly ethereal, this one bastard; couldn't get a good read. It might have already got a whiff of us up here, though. Honestly, it's hard to say at this point. ((awkward silence. Panyrus clears his throat.)) So... D'you want to risk going out now, or you'd rather keep sliding down the podline?"

We steer clear from this deadly mist outside. Instead we keep crawling forward inside the pneumopod system.

It’s an uncomfortable and awkward squeeze to get through the tube, and you burn your way through half a torch to have a chance of seeing where you’re putting your hands. The exit tube is an awkward tumble out onto a cold stone floor, but you’ve successful gotten all the way out along the pipe.
Looking around, you can see that the tube-port is built into a nooo that you’d normally expect to see a statue in. There are several other similar nooks along the walls, but no sign of any statues. The floor is cold and cracked marble now that you look closely, and there are unlit torches lining the walls.
Away from the tube-port, you can see the little chamber ends and splits into two passages, left and right. What do you do?

As Martha inspects the passages, Panyrus investigates the empty niches in this room. As many as he can in a turn, I guess.

catalessi torches are tracked. You start with three, so you could collect another six without it becoming a hassle to carry. The right passage continues quite far, the left ends in a small chamber relatively quickly. You can see several more empty niches. oddrick the floors seem a little dusty yet otherwise clean. The only thing you find is a tiny screw of an unknown metal.

meaning no other transport tubes end up here (with the other niches as their terminal points) other than the one we just left?
Panyrus collects 2 torches and the screw. When he's done he heads to the room to our left, which is presumably the one Martha's inspecting now.

Ah, no. There's just the one transport-tube which looks very out of place amidst the niches. They clearly look like pedestals, and you even find one that has some words engraved into it, in no language that you've ever seen before.

Anything else about this room to the left of the one with the tube? Does it branch out further to other rooms?

It's a dead-end, and doesn't contain much of interest apart from the plaque. This place feels like it has been abandoned for quite some time.

(im talking about the two passages, left and right away from the tube. i also take six torches)

Right, in that case all the torches have been taken. To clarify, it goes: transport tube in room #1 > left-right junction] > left = room #2 > right = ?. Being careful is fine, but I normally assume that your characters are moving pretty slowly and being quite cautious.

Before we leave room #2 (left), Panyrus will point to the engraved alien words: "Can you read them? whatever it says, might be important. Perhaps we could, I don't know copy it to decipher its meaning later on?"
I can use the alien metal screw to copy the signs, scratching them on one of my spare throwing rocks. Or maybe Martha can copy them, as I believe she is the most likely to succeed in a charisma check.
Anyway, let me give it a try:

EDIT: actually, my cha bonus is +2, so I would have rolled a 12.1d20+1

Ah, there's no rolls to do with knowledge in this game. Anything you as a player know, your character knows. You can definitely spend the time scratching them into rocks though. What do you do next?

mkay. So I made a copy of the alien scribbling. In a stone slab. With a tiny alien screw. And the left room is a dead end. Guess we gotta take a good look at what's in the room to the right.

Heading down the right-hand tunnel, the marble quickly turns from smooth (if dusty) to pitted and scored in strange half-patterns. You can also hear... weeping? Kind of a hissing sobs, coming from a little further down the tunnel. Whatever it is, it sounds sad, but definitely not human.
What do you do?

The juddering sobs continue for a minute, then: "W-why do none o-of them look at m-me?" Then the sobbing continues, even louder.
What do you do?

Oh! oh! obviously. It's a fucking Gorgon (Panyrus inference is grounded on his years working as a village hero).
I gesture to Martha, mimicking a Medusa's living hairdo. Also gesturing, without a word, I advise her to cover her eyes. I do the same.
